Everything you need to know before and after booking with us!

    • A 50% Non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your booking date

    • A travel fee of $25 is added to every service total. This covers within 10 miles from Atlanta. Any location beyond 10 miles will be charged an additional travel fee of $2.50 per mile.

    • Zelle and Cashapp are the only accepted forms of payment. We also accept Paypal for an additional fee.

    • The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before your appointment date. We do not accept any same day payments.

    • Clients or friends/family are not allowed in the room during your appointment. Please allow 2-3 hours minimum for everyone to be away from the room depending on your package.

    • You must be checked in to your hotel prior to our arrival, we can not check in for you.

    • Airbnb’s that have self check in are allowed for us to arrive to check in for you.

    • Your space must be clean prior to our arrival. We do not work in spaces left unclean. Your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled.

    • For hotel decor, please leave a key at the front desk under my name before my arrival or coordinate to meet with me.

    • No setups before 10 am. Request for set ups before 10 am are an additional $50 Fee.

    • Please clean your space before checking out! We do not want you to be fined by any sort by the hotel or Airbnb!

    • 3 d ays or less before your date is considered a last-minute booking

    • An additional $75 fee is applied for all last-minute bookings

    • There are no deposits for last-minute bookings. Payments must be made in full.

    • Non-refundable. Last minute bookings can only be rescheduled to up to 90 days from the original booking date.

    • Failure to pay your remaining deposit 48 hours before results in a $15 late payment fee, there are no same day payments. If your balance is not paid in full the day of, your appointment will be cancelled. No excpetions.

    • After 20 minutes of being late you forfeit for your appointment booking. Please notify us in advance if you will be running late.

    • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours or more of your booking. Deposits are non-refundable once they are made.

    • We understand that life happens and aren’t always able to follow through with plans, we will always work with our clients to be fair and come up with the best solutions!
